OUR BEGINNING
DingoM is a Lithuanian brand that creates backpacks, handbags and other accessories, born in 2015. It came about because we wanted to find a product that would bring minimalism and symbolize Lithuania. Each of our products is an expression of love for the nature and history of Lithuania, where classics combine with simplicity and modernity. In order to convey the traditions of our ancestors, we organize most of the photo sessions in an old authentic country house.
WHY IS THE Dingo DOG?
The DingoM logo symbolizes the purebred endangered Australian dingo (dingo) dog - wild and unpredictable, but focused on the goal and ready for challenges. These dogs are believed to be the only remaining purebred descendants of prehistoric domestic dogs. It is symbolic that our first collection was dedicated to Australia. We dedicated each of the subsequent collections to some other corner of the world.
WHO ARE WE CREATING FOR?
Our products are intended for all people who are looking for quality, durable, long-lasting leather accessories for daily use. We want to show that our products are universal - they fit perfectly in both modern and classic combinations, are suitable for different seasons, so they are chosen by people of different ages and interests.
WHERE DO WE GET INSPIRATION?
Dingom's inspiration is the harsh Lithuanian nature, so natural colors and mattness prevail in our works. We try to emphasize the beauty of natural leather, so we do not load our products with additional details.
HOW ARE DINGOM PRODUCTS BORN?
DingoM handbags and other products are born in a small studio in the center of Vilnius. They are made exclusively by hand only by experienced craftsmen who love their work. Why does the handbag appear exactly like this? The maturation of ideas probably takes the longest. Customer preferences and fashion trends have a significant influence. A mature idea is "put" on paper, the sketches go to the masters, we develope together, we discuss constructions, materials, details, and the rest of the work is already done by them - drawing models, making test models, which, if necessary, are further improved.
ABOUT RAW MATERIALS
A significant number of dingoM handbags are made of "crazy horse" type leather, which is valued for its strength and durability. This leather has natural darkening or lightening, various dashes, etc., so a handbag made of this leather can be said to be unique, because we would probably not find another one with the same pattern. A significant number of our customers choose this leather precisely because of those individual markings. In addition, it is probably the only type of leather that gets more beautiful with time.
For handbags, we use high-quality metal parts from Italian manufacturers, usually brass, black or silver metal fittings. We choose YKK zippers, which are known worldwide as manufacturers of strong and reliable zippers.
CUSTOMERS CAN CONTRIBUTE TO MANUFACTURING THE HANDBAGS
DingoM is distinguished by the fact that it allows buyers to contribute to the assembly of handbags themselves. Handbags can be ordered with or without lining, you can choose the desired fastener. We offer a large selection of colors. If buyers have special requests - different color, handle, size, additional pocket, etc. - efforts are being made to implement them and adapt them to the existing model.
