Return of goods

1. The return of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001. 697 "On Approval of Retail Trade Rules": https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/3e3f6a70164711e4aa9bb36470fb9e6e

2. The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not complete and properly packed, We have the right not to accept the item.

3. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed.

4. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you, unless the goods are returned for faulty quality.

5. Where a faulty item is returned, We undertake to replace the faulty item with another item. If We do not have an equivalent product, We will refund the money paid for the product.

6. Goods may be returned within 15 days of delivery by notifying us by email at orders@dingom.com

7. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of the return of the goods.
