Shipping policy
1. When ordering an item, you can choose the method of delivery. If you wish to receive the goods in another way, please contact us at orders@dingom.com.
2. You must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
3. Once you have signed the delivery document, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered.
4. If you notice any damage to the consignment, you must not accept the consignment and note this on the delivery note. Once you have accepted the goods and signed the consignment note without remark, the consignment shall be deemed to have been properly delivered.
